A virtual stand allows you to present your rare and precious books during our digital fairs. Each stand is organized alphabetically and accessible to visitors worldwide throughout the fair.
Exhibitors directly manage their sales and communications with buyers. The platform facilitates contacts but does not intervene in commercial transactions.

• Maximum size: 15 MB per image
• Minimum resolution: 1200 pixels (shortest side)
• Recommended resolution: 1600 pixels or more
• Portrait format (3:4) fits best with the display
• Multiple photos per book allowed
Descriptions
• Precise and detailed descriptions
• Mention of conservation state
• Indication of restorations
• Reporting of missing parts
• Actual price (no "price on request")
Exhibitor rules
General obligations
- Virtual stands cannot be sublet or shared
- Items presented must be the exclusive property of the exhibitor
- The exhibitor is responsible for creating and updating their content
- Availability recommended during fair hours
Sales management
- The exhibitor directly manages sales and communications
- Mandatory update of sold or reserved items
- Real-time catalog updates
- Direct invoicing between exhibitor and buyer
Financial conditions
- Credit card payment before fair opening
- No refund in case of cancellation by the exhibitor
- Pro-rata refund in case of technical cancellation by the organizer
- Only one option per fair and per exhibitor
